Doug Welder of Arbutus, Maryland, decided to treat himself to a "combo" meal at McDonald's on Saturday afternoon. "Lately I've been getting just the quarter-pounder with cheese, but today I opted to add the fries and soda for something like 79 cents more," said Welder.
